Drug Related Problem

Menurut Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE), Drug-related problem (DRP) merupakan suatu kejadian atau keadaan pada terapi obat yang secara aktual atau potensial mengganggu outcome kesehatan yang diharapkan. Istilah lainnya yang hampir serupa adalah drug therapy problem (DTP). DTP didefinisikan sebagai:

drug therapy problem is any undesirable event experienced by a patient that involves, or is suspected to involve, drug therapy, and that interferes with achieving the desired goals of therapy and requires professional judgment to resolve.
